Premier Lily Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Once an order has been placed, modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed but can be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Processing times may be extended during high-demand seasons or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supplier delays, customs issues).

Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping times vary based on the destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 5-12 business days
    • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • International orders may be subject to additional customs clearance delays.

Tracking & Order Status

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once the order has been dispatched.
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring their package status via the provided tracking link.

Shipping Carriers & Responsibility

  • Premier Lily partners with third-party shipping carriers to deliver products. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or damage incurred during transit.
  • If tracking shows the package as “delivered” but the customer did not receive it, they must contact the local courier or postal service for assistance.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If a package is marked as “delivered” but is missing, customers must file a claim with the shipping carrier. Premier Lily is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Damaged Shipments: If a package arrives damaged, customers must provide photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery for review. Premier Lily will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but replacements are not guaranteed.
  • Incorrect Address Issues: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, reshipping fees will apply.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by Premier Lily.
  • Customers are advised to check their local customs regulations before placing an order.

Order Delays & Exceptions

  • Delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs processing, courier disruptions, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
  • Premier Lily does not provide refunds for shipping delays caused by external factors.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

  • If a package is returned to sender due to an undeliverable address, unclaimed shipment, or customs rejection, a reshipping fee will apply or a partial refund (excluding shipping costs) may be issued at our discretion.
